The ban on tobacco use in Spring Hill parks takes a turn this week. The announcement by Alderman Keith Hudson stated he wishes to focus on smoking only and will present an amendment to his original proposal at the next regular meeting on June 18th. He doesn’t want to smell it or subject his children to smoke. If passed the violation would carry a $138.75 fine, just like other municipal offenses.
