Spring Hill Utility Billing Notice

Due to the City of Spring Hill’s conversion to new utility billing software, city utility customers’ online billing profiles are no longer valid. The conversion is expected to be complete by next week. At that time, customers will need to create a new online billing profile, which will allow for payment under the new software.

You will need to know your account number and the amount of your last payment to set up a new billing profile. Because of the conversion, utility bills may have been sent a few days late for some customers last week. If you did not receive an e-bill, please check your email’s SPAM/junk folder.
