Story Time: 10:00 a.m., Monday – Thursday. Your child can enjoy stories, songs, silliness, and a messy project.
Baby Time: 9:15 a.m., Tuesdays. A lapsit program for babies up to 24 months and their caregivers. We will sing, clap, and bounce to nursery rhymes and songs for 15-20 minutes. No sign up necessary.
Tech Tuesdays 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Tuesdays. Help is here! You can get help with basic computer skills, internet, email, e-reader or tablet questions, library resources & services. Call 931/486-2932 to make a 15-30 min. appt. Briefly describe assistance needed. On the day, bring your device, if you own one, or you can use a library computer.
Tax Assistance: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays, by appointment, until April 11. Free help with filing your taxes is available for those who qualify. Please be patient when calling to set up an appt. You will get a voice mail and it might be several days until the call is returned. Appointments are set up through Dianne Bennett at 931/797-2154.
Library Closed Easter Weekend: Friday, April 3 and Saturday, April 4 the Spring Hill Library will be closed. This cancels The Saturday Lego Club for April, and Chicks with Sticks will just meet the 3rd Saturday of the month.
Human Trafficking in TN: 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 7. Information about human trafficking happening all around us. Find out what’s being done about it and how you can help. Presented by End Slavery TN.
Basket Making: 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 11. An introduction to basket weaving. Participants will learn to weave a simple coiled pine needle basket that they can finish at home. For all ages. Certified Application Counselors from Mercy Community Healthcare and Pathways to Health can help you navigate TennCare, CoverKids or HealthCare.gov. This is a FREE service. Counselors get paid through grants and are not associated with any health insurance company.
