Southern Living Showcase Home is Open for Tours

On Thursday evening, the ribbon was cut for the Southern Living Custom Home Builder Program Showcase Home in The Grove community. Those in attendance for the ribbon cutting included Williamson County Mayor Roger Anderson, representatives from Southern Living, Operation Finally Home, The Grove, and Hatcliff Construction.

Created by the Middle Tennessee-based Hatcliff, this one-of-a-kind home showcases the simple elegance and southern charm that has become synonymous with Williamson County.  The 6,468 square foot home boast 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths, with 3 large porches. It includes top of the line interiors with  a chef-style kitchen including a built-in refrigerator  and master suite with barrel vaulted ceilings situated with a view of  The Grove’s Greg Norman Signature Golf Course.

Tours are now open to the public through October 30. Tours are 10a-4p each day. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the gate. Proceeds from the tours will benefit Operation FINALLY HOME – an organization which provides custom-made, mortgage-free homes to wounded and disabled veterans along with The First Tee- a youth development organization introducing the game of golf and its inherent values to young people.
