Coming soon to the corner of Moores Lane and Franklin Road, a new burger joint will be opening next door to Sopapillas.
The restaurant is called Local Burger Company (LBC) and is a new concept by Steve and Emily Dale, owners of Sopapillas.
The Dale’s posted on Facebook that LBC “will be a true independent Franklin restaurant” featuring “fresh locally sourced ingredients, local artisans and local musicians.”
“At LBC the goal for our guests is to enjoy food, drink, life and love,” added the Dale’s.
The restaurant will open next door to Sopapilla’s.
“The area that we took over had been 4 failed restaurants and we used it for overflow and special events. Since we weren’t using it enough we decided to do the Local Burger Company concept. We serve a couple burger options that had one some awards for one of the top burgers in Williamson County but people don’t often think to eat burger in a Mexican food restaurant.”
LBC is expected to open in early November.
