Sneak Peek of CMT Crossroads with Shawn Mendes and Zac Brown

Franklin hosted a taping of CMT Crossroads in September with pop-star Shawn Mendes and country band Zac Brown Band. Watch the video above for a sneak peek.

The small crowd who attended the taping couldn’t get enough of the pairing. Below, you can watch Mendes share how he had an accident on a Bird Scooter in Nashville just before the taping. The accident didn’t seem to affect Mendes performance, CMT just released the mash-up of  “Keep Me in Mind” written by Brown, Nic Cowan, and Wyatt Durrette released in 2011. Throughout the show, they took turns on new spins of their most popular songs ending with Michael Jackson’s “Man in the Mirror.”

Shawn Mendes will bring his Shawn Mendes:The Tour to Bridgestone Arena in 2019.

Shawn Medes & Zach Brown Band CMT Crossroads airs on October 24th on CMT at 9 p.
