Northside at McEwen
The largest remaining development site in Cool Springs made news last week when Boyle Investment Company and Northwood Ravin released plans to develop a mixed-used community at Northside. Their plans for the property will include a 150-room hotel.
The 45-acre site at 1130 West McEwen Drive called Northside at McEwen comes to Boyle and Ravin with an approved plan for 840,000 square feet of commercial space, 580 residential units and 150 hotel rooms. Located across McEwen Drive from the Mallory Lane Whole Foods, Boyle and Ravin have a $270 million plan that will most-likely not use all of the approved space.
They will build on spec, as we reported at the announcement last week, and they do not yet have a hotel chain under contract for the proposed hotel.
