New ‘Meat and Three’ Restaurant to Open in Spring Hill

The locally owned restaurant Sidelines Grill will soon open a location in Spring Hill.

Opening at 3011 Longford Drive, in Spring Hill, this location will be the third Sidelines Grill with one being located in Ashland City and the other in Pleasant View. This new restaurant will be in the former Meo Mio location. Owners Dave Carroll, and Doug Crow and Spring Hill resident Mack Edwards hope to bring something new to Spring Hill.

Edwards who was born and raised in Spring Hill will be running the restaurant. ” I have always wanted to open a restaurant here in Spring Hill and finally we are able to make that happen. I love it here in Spring Hill,” Edwards said.

Renovations are underway, the restaurant will be adding garage doors that will open to the newly enclosed patio area. The menu will focus on country style food, meat and three with specials changing daily all made in-house daily. Hours of operation will be Monday- Thursday 11 a – 10 p, Friday and Saturday 11 a – 1 p with live music.

Sidelines Grill is currently hiring for all positions.On Thursday, they are holding a job fair where you can stop by 3011 Longford Drive for an interview. Or if you are unable to stop by at that time, email [email protected] to schedule a time for an interview.

    Rotary Club of Spring Hill-Thompson’s Station is holding our third annual Sip & Savor at The Station on June 16, from 7-10pm in downtown Thompson’s Station where we invite distilleries, wineries, restaurants, food manufactures, bakeries & breweries to come sample their products and funds raised go to our Rotary Foundation to be dispersed in both communities to charities and schools.
