SHPD Release Video to Help Identify Alleged Cell Phone Thief

The Spring Hill Police are looking to identify the woman seen in this video:

The woman in the the cream colored sweater is alleged to have stolen a cell phone at the Port Royal Kroger on March 28. The victim left their cell phone at the U-Scan at 10:30 p.m.
