Shop Kid-Free Thanks to Summit High School

Summit High School is making your holiday shopping a lot easier with their special program ‘Stop, Drop & Shop.’

On Saturday, Dec 7th, parents of children ages K-5th grade can drop off their children at Summit High School and enjoy an afternoon of holiday shopping kid-free.

Childcare will be provided from 1p-5p on Dec 7th. SHS student volunteers and teachers will provide a variety of activities, including organized games, crafts, movies and more for your children.

The cost is $30 per child and $5 for each additional sibling. Parents must fill out a permission slip and return it to Summit High School by Dec 2nd to reserve a spot. Please e-mail Amanda Muniz at [email protected] for the permission slip and with any questions!

This event benefits Summit’s Project Support and Include (PSI). PSI is a program designed to help students become ACE students. ACE is an acronym: A for Accountability, C for Civility and E for Empowerment. Through a safe and effective learning environment, students can achieve this ACE status. Teachers will recognize them for their hard work by giving them ACE slips. Each month, names are drawn from the turned in ACE slips and students win prizes.
