UPDATE: 9-24-19 – Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Escaped Fugitive Jessica Osborne Captured in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Williamson County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) Deputies and US Marshals are searching for a fugitive who escaped from a WCSO Deputy yesterday afternoon. Jessica Osborne, 46, from Bowling Green, Kentucky escaped while being transported from Wilson County to Franklin, TN to face a fugitive from justice charge for theft.
The Deputy stopped his patrol car near Henpeck and Lewisburg Pike after Osborne said she needed a bathroom immediately. She escaped from a portable toilet in a construction area when the deputy was distracted and looked away for a few seconds.
Sheriff Dusty Rhoades said the incident is still being reviewed, but it appears the Deputy did not follow procedure.
Osborne is now charged with escape. She also faces charges in Wilson County and Kentucky. She’s accused of stealing a box truck in Nashville last week and receiving stolen property in Bowling Green.
A silver Nissan pickup truck was stolen near Ellington shortly after Osborne escaped. She may have left the area in that truck. The license tag number is U5106G. If you see her, call 911.
