The popular burger joint Shake Shack opened its first Tennessee location in Green Hills in 2018 and now the restaurant is eyeing Williamson County for its next Middle Tennessee location. Nashville Business Journal reports that Shake Shake filed building plans with the City of Franklin to open in the McEwen Northside development in Cool Springs.

According to the building plans, Shake Shack will occupy a 3,382 square foot restaurant, reports Business Journal.

Shake Shack isn’t the only restaurant hoping to open in the McEwen Northside development. Tex-mex restaurant Superica also filed building plans for a 6,000 square foot space, reports Business Journal. Superica has one location in Nashville and is led by Chef Ford Fry, a James Beard finalist for five consecutive years.

Northside McEwen sits across the street from Whole Foods. The development has previously announced the opening of Tiff’s Treats, Perry’s Steakhouse, Prose Nail Salon, and Club Pilates.
