Battle Ground Academy quarterback Nick Semtimphelter threw one touchdown and ran for another, leading the Wildcats to a 14-3 win at Franklin Road Academy on Thursday night.

Semptimphelter ran for an 11-yard score with 3:52 left in the first quarter, and found Antonio Stevens with a 17-yard touchdown throw with 1:35 left in the second quarter.

Kaleb Seay (19 carries, 94 yards) led BGA in rushing, and added a pair of tackles.

BGA, which allowed just 211 yards, gave up just a 30-yard Jack Norris field goal with 6:03 remaining before half.

Tiy Reed had three tackles and two interceptions, and caught eight balls for 36 yards.

Linebacker Chico Bennett, a Georgia Tech commitment, tied for the team lead with five tackles and had a sack, and had two catches for 38 yards.

Stevens had four tackles and an interception for the Wildcats (7-2).

BGA is off next week before ending its regular season on Oct. 26, when it hosts Lipscomb Academy.
