The two restaurants will open in Fresh Hospitality’s 3-acre site Shoppes at Spring Hill, on Wall Street between Captain D’s and AFC Urgent Care. The restaurants will share a beer garden, which will be located between the two restaurants. Plans for the development were approved in 2014 by the Spring Hill Planning Commission.
“This is the type of local business development on Main Street I know we all can get behind,” Alderman and Planning Commissioner Jonathan Duda said. “Proud they are making the investment in Spring Hill.”
Duda shared pictures of the plans to his Facebook page Wednesday.
“These cut sheets were approved by the Spring Hill Planning Commission in October 2014,” he posted. “Proof positive that good things come to those who wait.”
