On Saturday, the 2017 Parade of Homes opened in Brentwood at the new housing development Witherspoon, located off Crockett Road.
We were able to talk with Heather Looney of Castle Custom Homes who explained more about the Contemporary English Country home design influenced by British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens.

Thanks to Castle Custom Homes for having us out to tour their home. The Parade of Homes includes six homes. Witherspoon is a co-developed with Ford Custom Classic Homes and CPS Land. Witherspoon is a 263-acre enclave of 153 luxury homes sites, it also has 3 miles of paved and natural walking and bike paths that connect to Crockett Park, a neighborhood clubhouse, and pool.
