Sister, and designers, Amie and Jolie Sikes, who are known as the Junk Gypsies, were given the task to makeover Miranda Lambert’s 1952 airstream.

This wasn’t the first time they gave Wanda, the airstream’s name, a new look. The first time they met Wanda was back in 2010 (Wanda even has her own Instagram account @wandathewander), but since that time it’s been out on the road and needed a new look.

In a video clip that Sikes shared on HGTV, where they talked to Lambert on the phone about Wanda, Lambert calls it her “rolling dressing room” but then she later calls it a “fellowship hall with liquor.”

The Sikes used Lambert’s latest tour “Living Like Hippies” for inspiration incorporating lots of fringe, velvet, an old church pew, and an old diner booth which created ample seating in the airstream.

Take a look at the reveal video below.

Lambert is out on the “Living Like Hippies” tour but recently announced this summer she will be co-headlining “The Bandwagon Tour” with Little Big Town this summer.

The joint tour kicks off July 12th in Charlotte, North Carolina and will take the country music troupe along several cities but unfortunately, not Nashville, see the full tour schedule here.
