Arizona falls to California
.9 seconds is all it took to change Arizona’s perfect record. Justin Cobbs saved the day for the California golden bears with a buzzer shot. California took a 60-58 win over the Wildcats to push them from the no. 1 spot, down to no.2/3. Although not a huge push, the fact that California isn’t even ranked makes this just a little bit more interesting.

Wichita State and Syracuse Stand Undefeated
Wichita State is a whopping 23-0 right now, of course 1st in the Missouri Valley Conference. These Shockers are ranked 17th overall in rebounds per game, and the only close game they’ve had all year was against Missouri State into OT.

The Big Orange is crushing the competition, as well, and is taking on some tough opponents. Syracuse has taken wins from ranked teams like Pittsburgh and Duke and still has these teams to face again. Total, the Orange has three more top-ranked games before the end of the season.

The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) houses some of the most talented athletic programs in the country. North Carolina, Pittsburgh, Virginia and Duke are just among the many that reside in this conference. Basketball is just one of the many sports that these schools exceed at.
