The Heritage at Brentwood, a local senior living community, is making strides on its largest expansion for the community. They celebrated with a “Topping Off” event on June 7 in which 55 seniors signed an 8-foot beam that will be built into the framework of the new building.
The expansion, titled Phase IV Redbud, is slated to be completed in May 2019 and will include 5 different structures featuring 97 new apartments and state-of-the-art amenities to accommodate The Heritage’s growing population expansion. Amenities include a 300-plus seat auditorium, a woodworking shop, an Assisted Living Residence, a medical clinic, and a HealthyLife Center complete with an indoor pool, a day spa with a massage room and more.
In October, the Heritage at Brentwood broke ground on the expansion. Once the expansion is complete, The Heritage will feature 314 apartments and villas.
