The Spring Hill Fire Dept. worked a semi-trailer fire this week on Saturn Parkway between Port Royal and Kedron Road. A refrigeration unit attached to the trailer was involved on arrival. Crews were able to quickly confine and extinguish the fire before it spread into the empty box trailer. The semi driver sustained minor burn injuries that were treated on scene by EMS.
