Hattie Jane’s Creamery, the newest addition to the A. Marshall Family Foods Inc. family of restaurants, will celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting today on Wednesday, July 13 in downtown Columbia.
The ceremony was held at the ice cream shop, which is located next door to Puckett’s Gro. and opened to the public over the Fourth of July weekend. Its first menu of creative flavors, which will rotate seasonally, includes ‘Nana Puddin’, Chocoholic and dairy and egg-free Toasty Coconut.
Hattie Jane’s Creamery will be open weekly on Sunday from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m., Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. Harvest at Homestead Manor, A. Marshall Family Foods Inc.’s farm-to-table concept in Thompson’s Station, will be the only other restaurant that offers ice cream from Hattie Jane’s on its menu until it is available at all Puckett’s Gro. Restaurants.
