Franklin 4 the Cure Concert

Franklin 4 the Cure, an event that raises funds for discovery grants at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, took place on September 9th in the Westhaven community.

Kicking off in the morning with a 5K run followed by a concert at the Westhaven Residents Club featuring Resurrection A Journey Tribute Band and Jeffrey Steele along with a live and silent auction.

Highlights of the evening included Resurrection, A Journey Tribute band who had the audience on their feet. Later in the evening, famed songwriter Jeffrey Steele shared songs he had penned for Montgomery Gentry. Proceeds from both the Family Fun Run and the Concert 4 the Cure will fund discovery grants at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
