On a very warm morning, Franklin Police, Franklin Fire, and the City of Franklin came together on the steps of the Franklin Police Department on Columbia Avenue to remember those that fell on 9/11/01. With a huge crowd in attendance the ceremony soon made us forget the heat and somberness and thankfulness filled us all as we remembered those that died, gave their lives and responded to the worst act of terrorism this country had seen.
