Scene Around Town: First Music City Pickers Live Show

The Little Brick Theatre at The Factory in Franklin hosted its first of a weekly show called Music City Pickers Live on Thursday evening.

Beginning on December 1, the weekly show will feature Brady Seals, formerly of Little Texas and songwriter, Gordon Kennedy.

For the first show, the audience was treated to a few special guests –  Larry Stewart, frontman for the band Restless Heart and the latest inductee into the Musician’s Hall of Fame, Ricky Skaggs.

As the three sat on the stage, they took turns playing songs that were familiar with to the audience with Gordon Kennedy playing the 1996 GRAMMY-winning hit “Change the World,” and Seals playing “God Blessed Texas.” The intimate setting of The Little Brick Theatre allows  audience members to get a rare close-up view of some the hitmakers of the past decades while upcoming shows will feature new artist as well. Tickets prices start at $15 with VIP tickets $25. Purchase your tickets online at Music City Pickers Live.
