California Pizza Kitchen (“CPK”) celebrated the opening of their new location in CoolSprings Galleria with a ribbon cutting Tuesday, Oct 9.
In addition to cutting the ribbon, CPK gave two checks to local charities- Second Harvest Food Bank and Operation Stand Down.
The new restaurant offers a bar located in the center court of CoolSprings Galleria, a concept that is unique for the area. Diners will be able to sit at the bar area and dine. This will be the brand’s second Nashville-area location, with the first located in Green Hill’s Hill Center.
Diners can expect California inspired look and menu of signature hand-tossed pizzas, fresh salads, and premium entrees, as well as several creative new seasonal and permanent menu additions that spotlight fresh ingredients and global flavor inspirations. For those interested in cauliflower crusts, the brand has launched a few options of pizza with the new crust option.
CPK is located at the CoolSprings Galleria on the lower level next to Talbots. Hours of operation will be Sunday – Thursday 11 a – 10 p, and Friday – Saturday 11 a – 11 p. See our photos and video from the ribbon cutting.
