On Wednesday, Belk at the CoolSprings Galleria celebrated its Grand Re-Opening after months of renovations. Belk recently opened the Kids and Men’s department in the newly reconfigured Sears wing. After those departments relocated, major renovations took place making way for a better shopper experience. With this new renovation, the shoe department has now doubled in size, the cosmetic counters have all been updated, and there are new offerings like Kate Spade jewelry and Jo Malone fragrances. And if you don’t see what you want, the new cash registers installed will assist customers in locating an item on Belk.com for a customer. Â For instance, if you are trying to locate an Eileen Fisher piece that is not carried in stores, you can now locate that item at the cash register on Belk.com.
As part of the Grand Re-Opening, Karen Kane came to visit the store. Karen Kane is one of the few brands where 90% of their clothing line is made in the U.S. Customers enjoyed a Karen Kane fashion show as part of the opening festivities. Belk will now offer the new Karen Kane accessory line as well as the new hat collection in stores now.
