Sarah Darling  was unable to raise the wall  Sunday night on the ABC show, Rising Star.  It was the duel portion of the show where the remaining 20 contestants  go head-to-head in a mini competitions.
Darling performed Lee Ann Womack’s song  ” I Hope You Dance”  against fellow competitor Megan Tibbits.  Scoring for the competition was very close with Darling falling short by 3% ,  since the show is live there was an opportunity for the West Coast to save Darling which again just missed the mark by  .9% !
Local judge, Brad Paisley said to Darling, Â ” Â I thought what you did, you did really well” and then goes on to say ” Why don’t you come to the Opry , and we’ll welcome you home.”
Later Paisley put out an official invitation on Twitter.
So I meant it @_Sarahdarling – come to the @Opry friday night and let us welcome you home to Nashville.
