Start Date: This position is available immediately.

Compensation: This is a commission based sales position focused on selling digital marketing services for The Williamson Source. Ability to sell existing digital marketing packages, as well as help identify new ways a client or potential client could benefit by partnering with The Williamson Source for marketing and advertising.

Commissions based on revenue creation, and the opportunity for a performance bonus when goals are exceeded. A compensation plan will be set commensurate with demonstrated skills and experience.

Description: Identify and develop relationships with new clients for the purpose of selling them custom advertising and sponsorship in our company’s content and promotions, and/or digital marketing services developed specifically for (or customized for) each client. Existing relationships with local business owners in Williamson County is a big plus. Media experience is also a big plus.

Maintain a list of active and developmental accounts, maximizing the revenue and profitability of each account individually. Perform selling activities, including customer needs analysis, presentations, and implementation of projects under contract. Coordinate the work of other team members to maximize customer satisfaction and project profitability.

Daily driving in your own vehicle is required; travel outside Williamson County is rarely needed.

Sales Executive reports to the Senior Management Team under the direct supervision of the General Manager.

Skill set: Strategic account management. Basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office components, and the Internet (e-mail, browser, social media, etc.). Good account management and selling skills, both in person and over the telephone. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
