Saffire Restaurant in the Factory announced in June closure for renovations.  Now those renovations are complete.  Most of the upgrades took place in the kitchen with a new chef at the helm.  Chef Jason La Iacona who was previously the Head Chef at The Southern in downtown Nashville.

Another addition, Saffire will host the sushi chef, Sam Katakura, of late night Sam’s Sushi from Acme Feed & Seed for Friday sushi specials.
