Rue21 Will Close Local Store

The teen specialty store, rue21, will close its Spring Hill location at 1036 Crossings Blvd in January 2019, confirmed a representative for the store.

All merchandise is discounted 30 percent with sale items offered at an additional 25 percent off.

In 2017, the company filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. As part of the company’s restructuring, they elected to start the process of closing 400 stores, states their website.

Other locations for the teen retailer in the area include Smyrna, Nashville, Lebanon, Murfreesboro, and Goodlettsville.
