Ruby Sunshine, the new breakfast & brunch spot in downtown Franklin, opens to the public today, Monday, March 18 for a soft opening. A grand opening will be held on April 9.
City of Franklin stopped by for a first look at the new restaurant located at the 231 Public Square building.
The New Orleans-based restaurant will be the latest addition to Downtown Franklin. Ruby Sunshine will offer Big Easy twists on Southern brunch classics, including benedicts, pancakes, and French Toast, as well as eye-opening cocktails.
Ruby Sunshine is located at 231 Public Square Franklin. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7 a – 2 p, and Saturday- Sunday, 7 a – 3 p.
The eatery does not take reservations but you can join their waitlist on Yelp.com on the Ruby Sunshine page where it states “Join the Waitlist.” Once you’ve joined the list, it will give you an estimated wait time.
