About a month after opening their first Tennessee restaurant in downtown Franklin, Ruby Sunshine has announced they are expanding into Nashville.
Opening later this year, Ruby Sunshine will occupy the former Provence Breads & Café in Hillsboro Village located at 1705 21st Avenue South, Nashville. The new location will accommodate 175 guests with patio seating.
With the opening of the Nashville location, this will be the fourth Ruby Sunshine location as Franklin, Birmingham, and Knoxville have opened or will open soon.
Ruby Sunshine offers NOLA-inspired twists on Southern brunch classics, including benedicts, pancakes, and French Toast, as well as eye-opening cocktails. Owned and operated by the Ruby Slipper Café founders.
