Downtown Franklin’s newest restaurant Ruby Sunshine launched their soft opening March 18 at 231 Public Square. Now, they’re gearing up for their official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony.
New Orleans-inspired all-day brunch concept, Ruby Sunshine, invites the community to the ribbon-cutting ceremony and festivities on Tuesday, April 9 from 10 a.m. to noon. The event is open to the public and will feature New Orleans-inspired music, speeches from local community leaders and free samples from Ruby Sunshine partners Natalie’s Juice Company and French Truck Coffee. Twine Graphics will also be onsite screen printing custom Ruby Sunshine shirts for the event, which the restaurant will give away for free while supplies last. A portion of Ruby Sunshine’s dine-in sales from the day will go to The Path Project, a Franklin-based nonprofit that helps at-risk youth on the path to graduation. The restaurant will remain open for business during the ceremony and encourages all diners to enjoy the festivities.
