After Sarah Darling’s appearance on “Rising Star” we sat down with Sarah to learn more about what’s next for her. But recently, we found that Sarah can not only sing but that country girl can bake.
It began on a trip to Paris where Sarah even before she arrived was in love with Paris. She tells us about dreaming about walking the streets of Paris. And with her love of Paris came her love of French baking. Some of her earliest memories are of cooking with her mother and grandmother.
On Sarah’s trip to Paris she found two loves, James the love of her life, and French Macaron. 
Sarah says “The French Macaron was the most gorgeous things I had ever seen! Every beautiful color and flavor imaginable! Almost too pretty to eat. I still ordered all my favorites to try! The Salted Caramel changed my life. When James and I went back to Paris for the second time, we decided to take a French cookery class to learn how to make these beautiful creations!”
This is where the dream of “Sweet Darling” was born. Sarah talks about “in my dreams we are based in a little cobbled corner of Montmartre in Paris but during waking hours we are based in Nashville, Tennessee. Even so we like to think that every bite of our delicious treats is like a little taste of Paris.”
