Rising Eighth-Grade Girls Register for Girls TEC Camp Now!

It’s time for rising eighth-grade girls to claim a spot at the Girls TEC Camp.

Girls TEC Camp, which stands for Tackling Emerging Careers, introduces campers to non-traditional career paths for women. Students will hear from people in fields like engineering, unmanned aerial systems, criminal justice and more.

The camp runs from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. on June 3-7. It takes place at Centennial High School, but there will be field trips to Franklin and Independence high schools.

The camp costs $100 per student. The cost covers lunch each day and all the materials needed during the week.

Registration is open to rising eighth-grade students from Williamson County Schools, Franklin Special School District, home-schools and private schools. Space is limited, so claim a spot quickly.
