Franklin Police are seeking information on the identity of this man, wanted in a series of spare tire and license plate thefts.
On 02/03/2016, he also stole a generator, valued at $5,000, from a business on N. Carothers Pkwy. The suspect is believed to have stolen rear-mounted spare tires from as many as four SUVs.
