Detectives in Franklin want to identify two suspects wanted for attempting to use a stolen credit card to make an $1,800 purchase at the Cool Springs Target on September 13.
The card was stolen from the purse of a woman who was dining at a nearby restaurant, just moments before. The sale was ultimately declined and the suspects left empty-handed.
