5. Mojo’s Tacos

With Saffire closing at the end of the year of 2017. Diners can look forward to a new taco joint opening in its place in The Factory in Franklin – Mojo’s Tacos.

The group behind bringing tacos to The Factory is no stranger to the facility as they currently have opened the mainstay of eateries which reside at The Factory – Honest Coffee Roasters, Franklin Juice, and Five Daughters Bakery.

Renovations are to be completed by Powell Architecture and Building Studio with Katie Vance who will oversee interior design aspect, a spring opening is projected. Although no details have been released regarding the menu, a Mojo’s Tacos Food truck will open later in November ahead of the restaurant opening, reported Nashville Eater.
