Rescue of the Week: Barker

Rescue of the Week Barker

from the Williamson County Animal Center

Are you someone who roots for the underdog? When Barker first came to the shelter, he was terrified of everything. It appears he spent most of his life in a crate, so the whole world was overwhelming to him. However, with the help of his human buddies, he is learning what it means to enjoy life! Barker needs a little longer than most dogs to get to know you, but once he loves you he REALLY loves you! Taking on a dog like Barker requires patience, but there is truly no better reward than earning the love of a dog in need.

Barker needs a home without children right now, as they would likely be too overwhelming for him. If you have another dog, a meet and greet will be required to ensure compatibility. Come by Williamson County Animal Center to meet Barker!

WCACAC is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sundays 12 p.m.- 4 p.m.

Rescue of the Week is brought to you by Three Dog Bakery and Infiniti of Cool Springs.
