Williamson County Parks and Recreation (WCPR) invites the community to visit the newly renovated Fairview Recreation Complex at 2714 Fairview Blvd. Gordon Hampton, director of Williamson County Parks and Recreation, described the importance of the Fairview renovation project. “We have transformed this building from top to bottom, and we want the citizens of Fairview and Williamson County to take advantage of every amenity this facility now has available. After 16 months of renovation, we have created a beautiful, state-of-the-art center that will meet the needs of the community for years to come.”
The center’s state-of-the-art 5,000+ sq. ft. Wellness Center features over 55 pieces of new cardio and weight training equipment; a 4,000 sq. ft. Group Fitness Studio and a 2,000 sq. ft. Indoor Cycling Studio with over 30 classes offered each week. The center also features a new, large Senior Lounge, Dance Studio, Arts & Crafts Studio, Game Room and Sitting Service, as well as numerous multi-purpose rooms for additional programs. “The amenities we now have at this recreation center are some of the very finest available,” said Hampton, “and we pride ourselves in providing a safe, friendly, affordable place for the entire family.”
