Castle Gwynn stands proud as the 29th Tennessee Renaissance Festival comes to Middle Tennessee every weekend in May, bringing the sounds of clinking armor and merry music to the village of Covington Glen, just outside of Rutherford County. Every weekend features different themes and events:

The Renaissance Festival brings the rich cultural history of the Renaissance Age to its guests. Artisans, man-powered rides, games of skill, and entertainments evoke smiles and cheers at Covington Glen. Culinary adventures abound in savory and colorful treats.

Adult $20 Children $7 (Ages 6 -12) Children 5 and under are admitted FREE

Regions Bank is offering free tickets to the first 300 people at the festival on opening weekend only, May 3 and 4. Limit two tickets per person. Also on opening weekend, there will be free parking and a free children’s art and activity area.

Castle tours are available on festival days from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., weather permitting.
