The Blackberry Jam goes down this Saturday, June 27, and will feature great acts such as Franklin’s own Quintavious Johnson as well as Delbert McClinton and a number of other great bands. This will be the 12th annual Jam.
The Blackberry Jam is the event that kicks off the picking season at Boyd Mill Farm. This year’s event takes place on June 27 from 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. Kids shows start at 12 noon with Roger Day and Farmer Jason followed by a special performance from America’s Got Talent finalist Quintavious Johnson at 1:30 p.m.

Delbert McClinton will headline the evening on the stage at 8:30 p.m. Activities for kids will be available such as face painting, multiple lawn games and the “Musical Petting Zoo” which allows kids to pick up and experiment with various instruments.
This year’s Jam benefits Hard Bargain Association.
Dogs on leashes are allowed at the outdoor event, and patrons are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets as seating is general admission on the lawn.
Two food trucks will be on site, plus BBQ from Virginia made especially for the Blackberry Jam, hot dogs from Tiger Meat, Papa’s Italian Ice. Hoss’ Loaded Burgers and Tennessee Taco will be bringing their food trucks out the event.
