RE/MAX Fine Homes of Spring Hill celebrated the grand opening of their new location on Thursday, July 19, 2018 with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce. The new location for RE/MAX Fine Homes of Spring Hill is: 4816 Main Street, Suite H, Spring Hill, TN (in front of Petra Commons).

RE/MAX Fine Homes’ former Spring Hill location was on Wall Street in the Campbell Station area. The company first put a footprint in Spring Hill with the opening of that office in 2013. The Spring Hill office is the company’s second location; RE/MAX Fine Homes Brentwood opened in 2010.

“We are excited about being more visible to the Spring Hill/Thompson’s Station area with this location on Hwy 31,” said Terri Rutherford, Owner of RE/MAX Fine Homes. “As our team continues to grow, we want to offer a very visible platform for our agents. This is our way of saying we are here to stay! The growth of Spring Hill over the past few years has been tremendous, and we have been blessed to see our company grow by leaps and bounds along with it. We believe in Spring Hill and the potential for continued growth. We are continuing to invest in Spring Hill as our way of serving the community.”

RE/MAX Fine Homes specializes in residential sales, land sales and commercial real estate as well as property management. Since opening the Spring Hill location in 2013, the company has continued to increase its market presence.

“We are committed to our clients in that we provide unprecedented knowledge of the industry, especially local real estate,” said Cynthia Beard, Managing Broker and selling agent at RE/MAX Fine Homes of Spring Hill. “We have access to the largest network of real estate listings in the world and, additionally, we are committed to our agents. Our Spring Hill office has developed a one-of-a-kind, comprehensive training program. We provide individual mentorship for agents with all levels of experience as well as classes to motivate so agents can succeed.”

The training program offered at RE/MAX Fine Homes of Spring Hill is part of the RE/MAX CARES (Coaching Agents to Real Estate Success) program. Both Beard and Rutherford completed certification in the program in 2015.

“We are committed to the success of our clients and we are committed to the success of our agents,” said Beard. Beard and Rutherford are extremely optimistic about the local real estate market going forward.

“I feel like all of the signals that we are getting point to the market being very strong for 2019 and into 2020,” said Rutherford. “Spring Hill is a growing city that is very affordable and economical for anyone working in the Nashville area. It is also a very family-oriented city. There are many factors that are a draw to this area and we are glad to be a part of helping families and businesses establish ownership here.”

Looking back on the success that was the foundation for the move to the new location on Hwy 31 for RE/MAX Fine Homes of Spring Hill, Rutherford is very thankful for this opportunity.

“I had big faith in God that this was where he wanted us to be,” Rutherford said. “The platform that we have provided for agents and families has been way more than we ever expected or anticipated. We are happy to be on this journey to see many more great things happen and we plan on being a part of Spring Hill/Thompson’s Station for many more years to come.”
