The monumental Battle of Franklin occurred 150 years ago, and on Saturday people from across the state gathered to honor the memory of the battle with a re-enactment.
The Eastern Flank Battlefield of the Carnton Plantation welcomed 5,000 spectators and 700 re-enactors for the occasion.
