Ravenwood Plays at Home Again Friday Against Clarksville

Ravenwood certainly ignited the season last Friday with a 55-6 win over Stewarts Creek. The Raptors have started off the season strong and have a promising future in their horizons.

Last Friday, Ravenwood’s Van Jefferson and Avery Jankowski made some major plays within the first half. Jankowski threw three out of the four touchdown to Jefferson. This dynamic-duo will be on the radar as the season continues.

Not only was the first game of the season a “W” for the record books, but had an incredible turn-out as well. Fans swarmed Ravenwood High School for the kick-off to support the Raptors. Parents, students, and even several Titan’s players were among the many cheering on the red and black.

Ravenwood’s second game at home is not expected to be anything less. The Raptors will take on Clarksville this Friday at home and see if they can continue to light-up the scoreboard. Kick-off is at 7 p.m.

Clarksville started off the season losing to Goodpasture last week 21-22. However, class of 2014’s Bruno Reagan is making big headlines. The defensive tackle committed to South Florida this past summer and will be a key player for Clarksville throughout the season.
