Quest Sports Center is in its new home at 1595 Mallory Lane. The new facility is 31,000 square feet on four acres of land in the Mallory Park business development.
The lower level of the building is home to Quest Performance Training and the upper level hosts TBH Global Asset Management and an entertainment lounge.
Quest Performance Training offers sport specific training on multiple surfaces and extra large locker rooms for its members. Quest Performance Training is for those looking for an active and healthy lifestyle and athletes of all levels.
Quest also aids its clients with a simple nutrition plan. What good is a work out if it is totally undone by poor nutrition practices? Quest educates their clients on food selection, portion control, hydration and nutrient timing so individuals can effectively change their habits.
For athletes, Quest offers cutting edge programs to enhance any athlete’s abilities. Each athlete will be tested in areas ranging from speed to endurance and strength to determine the appropriate program for them. With multiple indoor and outdoor surfaces, such as courts and turf, athletes can get the most out of their workout.
A range of classes are also offered, including Empower, a women’s only class focusing on coordination, balance, stamina, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and core strength. High School and Middle School Performance Classes are also available during the week in the afternoons. Quest also offers introductory classes for new members called Re-Kinect I & II. This class will get you used to a group class and educate you on how to perform at your best level, teach you basic motor patterns and more. These classes are a great way to get started. Classes begin as early as 5am and the last class is as late as 6:15pm.
