Puckett’s Gro. & Restaurant in Nashville and Franklin and Puckett’s Boat House are accepting orders from their robust holiday catering menus through Thursday, Dec. 20, and Monday, Dec. 17, respectively, giving holiday hosts and hostesses the opportunity to stress less about cooking and more time to enjoy the season. The restaurants, along with Scout’s Pub in Franklin, will also have varied holiday hours for Christmas Eve and will each be closed on Christmas Day.

Smoked turkeys, smoked spiraled ham, the restaurant’s signature slow-smoked beef brisket and cherrywood-smoked pulled pork are among protein options for the Puckett’s Gro. holiday catering menu in addition to seasonal favorites like cornbread dressing, corn pudding, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, giblet gravy and other side dishes. Dessert lovers have plenty of homemade options, including chocolate chess, pumpkin and maple pecan pie or peach, apple or pecan cobbler. Puckett’s Boat House’s holiday catering menu includes Southern classics with a seafood twist such as oyster cornbread dressing, peel-and-eat shrimp, gumbo and whiskey grits, plus homemade desserts like pecan pie, apple cobbler and key lime pie. Puckett’s restaurants in downtown Nashville and downtown Franklin will be open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Christmas Eve and closed on Christmas Day. Deacon’s New South, also an A. Marshall Hospitality concept, will be closed on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Puckett’s Boat House and Scout’s Pub will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., respectively, on Christmas Eve and closed on Christmas Day.
