Florida Senator and Presidential Candidate Marco Rubio his currently making is way through South Carolina in preparation for the South Carolina primary, taking place this Saturday. After that, he’s heading to Franklin. Senator Rubio will be at the Embassy Suites in Cool Springs, 820 Crescent Centre Drive, on Sunday, Feb 21st to host a rally
Senator Rubio was recently endorsed by South Carolina governor Nikki Haley (seen above). The presidential hopeful will deliver remarks and share his vision for A New American Century. The event begins at 1pm, doors open at 12p.
The event is free but registration is required for all attendees (12 years and older). Register online here. Senator Rubio joins several presidential candidates who have visited Williamson County. Ben Carson made two stops in Franklin last August and October and Donald Trump held a rally at The Factory in October. Other candidates to visit the area include: John Kasich, Scott Walker and Ted Cruz
