Centennial got its revenge on ice against Ravenwood Friday night at A-Game Sports Complex, with cold being the best way to serve that dish the Cougars served the Raptors a 7-3 loss.

Ravenwood, 14-9 (2-2 Preds Cup), tied the game at 1 early, but after that Centennial just pulled steadily away.

The Courgars, 12-8-1 (4-1 Preds Cup), move on to face Brentwood, 16-4-1 (3-0 Preds Cup), today in the Predators Cup final.

Ravenwood had been the two-year reigning Preds Cup champion, but not this year. Brentwood, who lost to Ravenwood  in the final, last year, already had its revenge on the Raptors on Wednesday night, which put it in the final game, Saturday at 4;45 p.m. at Bridgestone Arena.

Now Centennial looks to get another helping, dessert, maybe, Saturday against Brentwood- a team that beat the Cougars in the semis last year to advance to the Predators cup final.

For the 2013-2014 regular season, Brentwood played, and beat, Centennial three times by a combined score of 11-4. So the odds must be heavily in the Bruins favor.

But only after the final horn on Saturday will we know for sure.

Tickets can be bought ahead of time to the 4:45 puck drop at Bridgestone here.
