Perenn—an all-day bakery, rotisserie, and grocery concept made its Tennessee debut in May in downtown Franklin at 94 E Main Street. The new outpost is from husband-and-wife team Aubrey and Tyler O’Laskey. The excitement over the new bakery has resulted in lines out the door at any given time, especially on weekends.
Initially, the bakery opened offering coffee and tea, croissants, pastries, and lunch options daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Now, you can experience dinner at Perenn beginning Thursday, September 4th.
From 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, you can taste the dinner menu. Below are a few highlights from the menu. See the full menu here.
- Little Neck Clams in Vinho Verde, served over griddled sourdough
- Ora King Salmon Amandine with haricot verts
- Bear Creek Farm Bavette Steak with béarnaise and fries
- Hokkaido Scallops, with carrot, pimentón butter and hazelnut
- A nightly Perenn Sunday Roast, with seasonal vegetables, crispy schmaltz potatoes, potatoes, and Yorkshire pudding
If the dinner option is as popular as the bakery, we highly recommend making a reservation, which can be done here.
