Playhouse raffle raised more than $40,000 for CASA

More than $40,000 in raffle ticket proceeds were raised to further the efforts of Williamson County CASA.

CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates, a group of trained individuals who advocate for children in the court system.

Williamson County CASA revealed the winners of the 2016 Twice Daily Playhouse on Saturday, Oct. 29 at Pumpkinfest in downtown Franklin.

Scott and Mary Moddell took home the playhouse to their daughter, Kenna Moddell (pictured).

The custom playhouse, which was built by Franklin Firefighters Charities and designed as a firehouse replica, was accompanied by a model firetruck. The interior of the playhouse was designed by a team from O’More College of Design with custom pieces that match the exterior look.

The Twice Daily Playhouse raffle raises money for Williamson County CASA, a non-profit organization helping children who are abused and neglected to find stable and permanent homes.
